Job Description
Reporting to the AVP of marketing, the Graphic Design and Studio Manager has a key role in service marketing. The candidate will be primarily responsible for directing the design and production of all promotional and new product campaigns. They will oversee the work of a team of 8 graphic designers and a few freelancers, so that the proposed achievements are coherent and respect the creative identity of each banner. They will also lead the development and documentation of graphic standards, in addition to collaborating in the artistic direction of certain creative projects with internal and external partners and creators, including photo shooting and video recording projects.


  • Work with the strategy, marketing, and content teams to obtain the information necessary for the production of content, according to the briefings provided
  • Assign projects according to the expertise of each staff member
  • Manage workflows and ensure the deployment of efficient and transparent approval processes
  • Make sure to respect the budgets allocated to the studio, for external consultants, or other suppliers
  • Exercise artistic leadership with various stakeholders in the marketing department and other sectors as needed, including the teams; video and photo capture, e-commerce, and social media
  • Provide artistic direction to projects, set goals and priorities, monitor activity, and ensure delivery on schedule
  • Engage and negotiate contracts with consultants or external creative agencies
  • Contribute to the development of new concepts for all banners, brief the team, ensuring the quality and respect of the creative briefings


Required Skills And Experience


  • Dynamic and autonomous
  • Knowledge of creation and execution chains
  • Degree in graphic design
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once
  • Effectively master common design software: Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Motion, Final Cut Pro
  • Understanding and mastery of project management software, planning, and approvals (ex: Asana, Proof HQ)
  • 10 years of experience in creative project management and staff/studio management
  • Experience in retail
