Design Internship Jobs

Bolster has an opening for an intern designer on our remote and distributed team. As a designer you'll work alongside our creative director on projects spanning branding, digital design, campaigns, decks, and more. This is a paid internship with a time commitment of 20 hours per week.

Experience and abilities

- Familiarity with brand systems that extend from identity to marketing to web

- Competency and speed working in Figma and Illustrator

- Experience working within a Mac environment, Adobe Suite, Figma, Google Suite, Zoom and Slack. We use internal programs like Asana, Harvest and Pitch.

- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and open to feedback

- Previous design internship experience within an agency is a plus

Nice to have skills

- Illustration and/or motion capabilities

- Enjoy copywriting and naming projects

- Social media marketing
