Voici un poste à distance.
- Identifie les opportunités de croissance, y compris les nouveaux partenariats et avec les principales parties prenantes des marques JAMP Care.
- Cibler tous les territoires assignés des différents domaines thérapeutiques, les clients et les comptes clés afin de maximiser les objectifs de croissance des marques spécialisées du programme JAMP Care ;
- Gérer l'intégration et l'orientation du nouveau personnel et assurer une couverture des connaissances et des ressources adéquates pour les lancements de nouveaux programmes de produits spécialisés
- Encadrer, former et donner une rétroaction aux gestionnaires des services aux patients afin de vendre efficacement le programme JAMP Care ;
- Établir et entretenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients (patients, fabricants, etc.) dans les territoires assignés
- Effectuer la gestion en continue des performances (sans se limiter aux évaluations annuelles des performances, à la définition d'objectifs et à la planification de la formation) pour tous les subordonnés directs.
- Maximiser le matériel et les outils des PSP et de tirer parti stratégiquement des services individuels du programme, des ressources / équipes interfonctionnelles dans toutes les régions et des différents domaines thérapeutiques ;
- Encadrer les gestionnaires, services patients dans l’élaboration de plans d’activités régionaux et obtenir les outils et le soutien nécessaires afin obtenir des résultats.
- Prioriser les opportunités clés et s’aligner avec divers tiers pour maximiser l’adoption par les patients et le succès du programme PSP ;
- Assure des activités d’engagement percutantes au niveau des clients et effectue des suivis dans les marques spécialisées promues par JAMP Care ;
- Être disponible pour couvrir tous les besoins cliniques sur le territoire et répondre aux questions cliniques avec le soutien de l'équipe régionale, si nécessaire.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de terrain interfonctionnelles pour garantir des ressources et des services PSP efficaces qui correspondent aux KPI
- Préparer et présenter les revues d'affaires trimestrielles
- Exécution des livrables clés pour maximiser les impératifs opérationnels PSP
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en administration
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience de travail avec l'industrie biotechnique/pharmaceutique, un atout
- Excellentes habiletés en résolution de problèmes ; capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace et efficiente
- Connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint et d'autres programmes Office
- Excellentes habiletés en présentation
- Disponibilité et la volonté de voyager selon les besoins de l'entreprise sont indispensables
- Bilinguisme français/anglais un atout
- Expérience en vente / gestion des ventes
- Expérience avec les programmes de soutien aux patients
- Capacité à respecter les délais
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
- Minimum de 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion ou de travail avec une équipe en contact direct avec la clientèle ou expérience connexe dans la gestion et l’orientation des personnes.
- Diplôme universitaire et/ou MBA
- Compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership efficaces
- Compétences organisationnelles efficaces et souci du détail
- Expérience en soins infirmiers / formation et éducation un atout
- Maps all assigned territories across different therapeutic areas & targets key customers and accounts to maximize the growth objectives of the JAMP Care program specialty brands.
- Travels as required throughout assigned territory as well as regular travel for management meetings at head office
- Collaborates with cross functional Sales and Field Teams to ensure efficient use of PSP resources and services.
- Coaches PSMs on the development of Regional Business Plans and obtains the tools and support necessary to achieve results.
- Manages the onboarding and orientation of new staff and appropriately ensure adequate coverage, knowledge and resourcing for new specialty product program launches.
- Maximizes PSP Materials / Tools and strategically leveraging individual Program services, and resources /cross-functional teams across all regions and different therapeutic areas;
- Execution on key deliverables to maximize on PSP growth and operational imperatives.
- Maintains a high level of close customer relationships and program customization through clinic feedback, including PSP Regional and Local visits with Patient Service Managers as well as feeds back program feedback to head office team
- Establishes and maintains excellent customer relationships within assigned territories
- Prioritizes key opportunities and aligns with various Third Parties to maximize the patient uptake, & success of the PSP program
- Identifies growth opportunities, including new customer partnerships with key stakeholders across JAMP Care brands.
- Coaches, trains, and provides feedback to Patient Service Managers to effectively sell the JAMP Care Program;
- Ensures impactful customer engagement activities and follow ups across JAMP Care promoted specialty brands.
- Manages a Team of customer-facing Patient Services Managers to effectively communicate the benefits of the JAMP Care program and optimizes the execution of the program’s team efforts in the Field and in a fast-paced & competitive environment
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Experience working in Patient Support Programs
- Sales / Sales Management Experience
- Availability and willingness to travel as per business need a must
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- Experience in nurse / training & education an asset
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Office Programs
- Minimum 5 years experience working with the biotechnical/pharmaceutical industry an asset
- University degree and/or MBA
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of management experience or working with a in person customer facing team or related experience in managing and guiding people.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Bilingualism French/English an asset
