Full Time / Customer Support Assistant (Remote)

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote position based in Canada, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and live chat
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service
• Document all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Experience in a customer service or support role is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
