Job Description
as you will support fulfillment and uphold our daily standards of operational excellence, by ensuring orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner.


You will be part of the Operations team and will report to the Fulfillment Operations Manager, and may also be asked to support other departments. This role is responsible for daily fulfillment and order management, while supporting the Operations team with administrative tasks and processes relating to warehouse management and inventory management.


The Opportunity:


  • Manage wholesale customer profiles in the ERP, including account and financial information.
  • Monitor incoming shipments from the factory or warehouse transfers, and update 3PL WMS as needed (tracking, special instructions etc).
  • Communicate with our 3PL representative and use the 3PL WMS platform to monitor and oversee the timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Assistance in maintaining the organization of wholesale orders in various fulfillment statuses on the ERP.
  • Support the JENNY BIRD wholesale team regarding any fulfillment inquiries and special order requirements.
  • Assist with assigning landed costs to incoming purchase orders, and managing the shipment tracker.
  • Prepare export documentation for cross-border wholesale shipments such as commercial invoices, CERS forms, and EEI/SED forms.
  • Monitor 3PL notifications to ensure successful importation of all orders (E-comm and Wholesale)
  • Assistance in returns processing by creating sales credits, shipping labels, and 3PL advanced shipment notices (ASNs).
  • Ensure timely fulfillment and accurate data entry of wholesale orders received through our online ordering platform (JOOR) and ERP (Brightpearl)
  • Assist in creating ad-hoc requests such as manual ASN creation.
  • Own wholesale order processing, payment processing, and invoicing in the ERP. This includes: maintaining professional rapport while communicating with customers, 3PL and our third-party sales reps, via email and phone.

Location:


  • We have flexible working arrangements for the team. This role requires you to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
  • Our office is located in downtown Toronto at 507 King Street East.
