Internet Fulfillment Coordinator Jobs

Ensure timely fulfillment and accurate data entry of wholesale orders received through our online ordering platform (JOOR) and ERP (Brightpearl)

Manage wholesale customer profiles in the ERP, including account and financial information.

Support the JENNY BIRD wholesale team regarding any fulfillment inquiries and special order requirements.

Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing IoT solutions.

Strong knowledge of IoT platforms, cloud computing, network protocols, and security.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement our IoT infrastructure.

Coordinating with mortgage advisors to obtain documentation needed to complete the requirements as stipulated on the mortgage commitment.

Minimum of 2 years experience in residential mortgage working as a Fulfillment Specialist (or comparable job title).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and different parties.

Reviewing mortgage documentation and verify that the loan underwriting system accurately reflects the data supported by the documents.

Reviewing information presented and addressing any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Coordinate with Shipping team to make sure orders are staged and fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner

Knowledge of shipping software, such as ClickShip, UPS WorldShip, or FedEx Ship Manager is an asset but not required

Maintain inventory levels, track inventory movements, and manage restocking

1+ year of experience in shipping, fulfillment, or a related field

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify is an asset but not required

Pick, pack, and ship orders made through our eCommerce store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
