Rogue Processing is looking for a Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping orders from our warehouse and shipping them to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and pack orders for shipping or delivery
Receive and process incoming shipments from vendors or customer facilities
Inspect incoming pallets to ensure they are free of defects and in good condition for shipment
Inspect outgoing shipments from pallet houses to ensure they are free of defects and in good condition for delivery
Load unload trucks with product from vendors or customer facilities
Perform cycle counts on inventory to ensure accuracy of count and inventory levels in warehouse software
Operate forklift, pallet jack and or other manual hand trucks to load, unload and store inventory
Assist with inventory reconciliation as needed
Perform inventory reconciliation on an as needed basis
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Must have strong mechanical skills (familiar with electricians), this position requires working knowledge of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment. We are a small company so we do not offer any electrical training at this time. We are open to discuss this later with the right candidate.
Familiarity with computers and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)for inventory reconciliation, inputting count information, managing inventory levels, etc. We are using our own ERP system so we do not have our own forklifts yet but we will be training on that system soon. You will be reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager so you must be able to work well under pressure and be able to communicate well with others.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day without losing your balance (this is a physical job)
Strong time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize work is a must. Must be able to manage your time well under pressure and work well with others.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
