Forest Bio-Economy Policy Analyst

As Our Policy Analyst Intern, You Will Be

• Providing research and benchmarking nationally and internationally around forest bio-economy technologies and products the forest sector and forest bio-economy policies, business support mechanisms etc.
• Aligning your research and benchmarking with Ontario policy and regulations
• Drafting information and communication materials to support the results of your research and benchmarking
• Supporting CRIBE staff with ongoing initiatives

Compensation: $$22/hr
Duration: One year
Qualifications

• Is at least 18 years of age,
• Has a post-secondary degree or diploma in natural resources, chemical engineering, business or related field,
• Is either a new entrant into the workforce, is transitioning to a new career, or is unemployed or underemployed and is entering a new field,
• Is legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Resides or will reside in Thunder Bay, ON for the duration of the internship,
• Has not previously participated in NOHFC’s People & Talent Program,
