Job Description

1010 Pub is looking for a Food Service Supervisor

Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality

control, Prepare and submit reports, Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary

genres, Supervise and check assembly of trays, Supervise and check delivery of food

trolleys.

Supervisory Experience with Kitchen and food service helpers, Cooks

Experience in cooking traditional Serbian food and preparation of Serbian appetizer desirable.

2+ Years of Experience.

$17.50 hour - full time, includes evenings and weekends.
