Food & Beverage Supervisor, Banff Gondola- Immediate Start

This position is located at the Banff Gondola. Supporting, coaching and inspiring the food and beverage team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality culinary experience, fueling our guests and staff for adventure!

• All day to day operational issues providing daily supervision to the restaurant

• Work closely with the food and beverage management team to ensure the highest standards of service are met

• Experience with best in class operating systems, training, staff development and the operational management of large and complex operations
• Providing daily oversight of F&B operations, including function and logistics organization, increasing sales and profitability, establishment and consistent delivery of exceptional guest service standards
• Experience in similar leadership role an asset
• Assist with planning and execution of functions

• Busy. You need to be prepared for a physical working environment with walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) required  
• Remote. Our home is filled with trees, lakes and blue-bird skies; rather than buildings, freeways and smog. Connect with friends around a bonfire instead of through WiFi
