Job Description
  • $1.50 per hour retention bonus, paid at end of season
  • Starting wage for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hour, depending on experience


To support, coach and inspire the food and beverage team in the delivery of an exceptional hospitality culinary experience, fueling our guests and staff for adventure!

The food and beverage supervisor will offer daily support, coaching and direction to the front of house team in the pursuit of hospitality excellence. This role directly supports the food and beverage Manager in meeting and delivering upon our core values, standard operating procedures and business targets.


  • Coordinate food and beverage orders and inventory with the Food and Beverage Manager
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail)
  • Uphold the high standard of environmental stewardship expected for all employees
  • Ensuring accurate cash, debit and credit card transactions
  • To provide support, training and or coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional food and beverage experience
  • Experience with cash out procedures
  • Act as the direct line of support in handling any service -related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution.
  • Must meet the Organization grooming and appearance standards
  • POS system experience
  • Ensure a memorable and positive experience for our guests and staff through implementing and delivering upon the standard operating policies and procedures as they relate to the food and beverage operations, safety and employee engagement.
  • Natural ability to lead a team
  • Strong hospitality/service skills
  • Enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Actively participating in the daily food and beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with best office view you could ask for!
  • 1 year of F&B Supervisor experience
  • Detail oriented with good communication skills
  • To honor our commitment to be “Always Honest” all employees must consent to a criminal record check
  • Other duties as assigned by the food and beverage Manager
  • Cash handling experience
  • Microsoft office proficient
  • Handle stress in a professional manner
  • High volume experience
  • Coordinate staff break and lunches as required
  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized at all times
  • Experience in similar leadership role an asset
  • Interacting with customers to attain feedback as to their experiences following up on any issues and passing on any bigger issues requiring further action to management
  • Second language an asset
  • A passion for coaching and developing employees with a proven track record of “safety 1st practices
  • Preparation and verification of daily cash reports
