THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is experiencing exponential growth, and our Business Finance Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to join the Business finance team supporting and enabling Supply Chain growth and scalability in our world-class distribution center network.

As the Sr. Analyst, Business Finance, Supply Chain, you will support in in Aritzia’s future growth by providing strategic and innovative financial insights and solutions to support the growing business. THE ROLE

As the Sr. Analyst, Business Finance, Supply Chain, you will support with:

• Planning the business in the short and long term in alignment with departmental and corporate objectives and strategies including but not limited to Trade, Logistics and Distribution Labour and Expenses, Supply Chain P&L
• Providing the Leadership Team visibility into performance results with relevant and timely intelligence
• Proactively maximizing financial performance and drive smart spending through informed and fact based business decisions

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Sr. Analyst, Business Finance, Supply Chain has:

• The skills and/or education that are an asset to perform in the role, including:
• Proven, recent experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Business Analysis
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
• Microsoft Excel mastery
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
