Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced Heavy Duty Mechanic seeking an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization? We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our Client's team in Northern Saskatchewan on a temporary basis. As a Heavy Duty Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of on and off-road equipment, performing overhauls and preventative maintenance as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in heavy duty equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on safety and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also important in this role.

✓ Offers flights or mileage reimbursement at $0.60 per kilometer and $150 living out allowance for those working outside of Saskatchewan.
✓ The work schedule is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, with 12-hour work days.
✓ Offers overtime pay after 40 hours per week or 10 hours per day.
✓ With a maximum of 77 hours per work week, you have the opportunity to work hard and maximize your earnings.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair on and off-road equipment, including heavy trucks, bulldozers, loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery.
  • Conduct overhauls, preventative maintenance, and testing the equipment to ensure optimal performance levels.
Qualifications
  • Confined Space certification
  • Fall Protection certification
  • Journeyman or Red Seal certification
