Robert Half has partnered with an up and coming, Edmonton-based, chemical cleaning company that is looking to add a key person to their team. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manger that will be responsible for managing and driving sales initiatives, overseeing project implementation/coordination, and building strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in customer relations, excellent project management skills, and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that manpower, equipment, materials, and job schedules are prepared and assigned appropriately
• Prepares quotations and bids for project leads sourced by Business Development.
• Ensures that work is planned according to the budget(s) of the job/project.
• Develops and maintains the product/service catalogue of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Champions the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Assists in the coordination of day-to-day field activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience estimating/quoting projects/services delivery to industry.
• Hands-on style - comfortable doing, learning, and teaching.
• Attention to technical detail, able to read and understand blueprints, schematics, P& ID’s, and flow diagrams.
• Planning, Coordinating and Scheduling Experience
• Client Relationship Management / Customer Service skills
