RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and monitor calendars (e.g. schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and provide reminders)
Manage all client's files with respect to financial security.
Maintain total privacy of client information & confidential data.
Follow up with client's file underwriting needs.
Update CRM database & manage mass marketing projects.
Track and monitor reporting and other deadlines required to meet the reporting requirement.
Qualifications:
Must be Life License qualified (HLLQP).

2-3 years of professional office administrative experience.
Post-secondary education and Office Administration experience is an assets.
Strong proficiency with Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint, Salesforce, Google Docs.
Excellent and effective communication skills with our clients, and all employees including site personnel and international business partners.
Proven ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully under frequently changing priorities and meet competing deadlines.
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant, helpful demeanor
Proficient with presentation creation.
Ability to think proactively and to be a team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
Personal initiative, professional telephone manner, and customer service focused.
Compensation: Fixed per month upon successful orientation program.
