Job Description
Office Manager


GardaWorld Cash Services is hiring an Office Manager to join his Cash management team.


Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation.


What You Will Be Doing


  • Develop processes for inventory control, office staff supervision and task delegation
  • Develop streamlined administrative procedures
  • Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety
  • Demonstrate initiative and manage multiple contract types
  • Develop communication protocols within the office
  • Take the lead on projects and bring in new ways of thinking
  • Handle a wide range of administrative and management support tasks
  • Worked with various departments such as HR, Operations Managers, Site Account Managers, Field Personnel, etc


Your profile


  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Excellent computer skills: must be conversant with Windows, Word, MSOffice, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and LightSpeed
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding and experience with the implementation and management of an Employee Retention Program
  • Diploma in management (asset)
  • Must have experience in dealing with and solving business problems in a multifunctional environment
  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Bilingual written and verbal
  • Understanding of basic management tools and techniques
