Cleaning Specialist Jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent Cleaner Specialist to undertake the cleaning and restoration of a house that has been left in a dirty and neglected condition by its previous tenant. As a Cleaner Specialist, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning the entire house and ensuring it is brought back to a pristine and hygienic state.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the house's condition to identify areas that require specific attention and restoration.
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of all rooms, including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and any other spaces within the house.
- Remove trash, debris, and unwanted items left by the previous tenant.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including floors, walls, countertops, windows, and appliances.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and solutions to achieve exceptional results.
- Employ specialized cleaning techniques to handle tough stains and dirt on various surfaces.
- Vacuum and steam clean carpets to remove dirt, stains, and odors effectively.
- Handle and dispose of cleaning chemicals and waste in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the designated timeframe.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues that require attention beyond standard cleaning to the appropriate authorities.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a professional cleaner or cleaning specialist, preferably with experience in handling post-tenancy cleaning projects.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals, with the ability to choose the most suitable ones for specific cleaning tasks.
- Expertise in carpet cleaning and the ability to effectively remove stains and odors from carpets.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleaning standards throughout the entire house.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure the completion of all cleaning tasks within the given deadline.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving situations.
- Physical stamina and the capability to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects and extended periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
- Strong communication skills to report progress, issues, and updates to the client or supervisor.
**Contract Terms:**
The Cleaner Specialist will work on a contract basis. The specialist will be provided with all necessary cleaning equipment and materials by your Cleaning Company.
