Maple Reinders Constrcutors located in Mississauga, Ontario is an established Construction Manager and General Contractor with offices in Ontario, Alberta and BC.

We have a full time and permanent position for a Estimator in Langley. Our office in Langley is located at 9440 202 St. #113, Langley Twp, BC V1M 4A6, Canada. The position will provide support to the Chief Estimator / Estimating Manager with all pre-construction and estimating activities and to grow with us.

Whether the opportunities are Design/Build, or Construction Management, our Estimator will prepare tenders from concept to submission with an emphasis on understanding and evaluating risk. • Suggest and explore creative value engineering opportunities
• Complete and/or lead the entire bid from the concept to completion of the tender
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• See beyond the plans and specifications
• Identify the true cost of items (labour, material and equipment etc.) at every stage of the process
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with sub-contractors, architects and consultants
• Determine along the way if the cost of the items are feasible to the owner

We are looking for an Estimator with past experience working for a general contractor who currently have

• A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
• 10 years or more experience in estimating multi-million dollar ICI projects in the value of $15-50M

Salary Range $90,000 - 100,000 Anually

800am-500pm, Monday through Friday
