Job Description

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time, Drafting Document Coordinator to work a full-time Contract for one of our top clients, a market leader majoring in providing safe, innovative energy solutions, located in Regina, SK. To be considered for this role, you must have at least one (1) year of experience in drafting software, drawing management, and document management.
  • New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities:
  • Medical and dental benefits once qualified
  • Hires fast, pays weekly
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday; 8 AM- 5 PM
  • Respond promptly to requests to retrieve drawings
  • Responsible for tracking checked-out drawings that are being used as part of ongoing projects. Create PDF files from drawings using AutoCad software Document Coordinator Requirements:

  • Participate in initiatives that impact the drawing handling process, access, naming & software.
  • Pay rate: $25/hour, depending on experience
  • Should be available to commit to full-time hours (40 hours) in an office
  • Responsible for maintaining the currency of drawings (copies) within the shared drawings library (SharePoint)
  • Location: Regina, SK

  • Connect SharePoint drawings to spatial assets within the corporate GIS.
  • Experience with MS Office and AutoCAD LT would be beneficial
  • Receive, catalogue and store electronic drawings and related information in an orderly manner, in line with procedures.
  • Vacation pay paid out on each weekly pay cheque
  • Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft SharePoint is a must
  • Administer the drawings library (SharePoint) by assigning user permissions, creating views, setting configurations & training users on capabilities.
  • Allocate and control the drawing numbering system
  • One year of experience in document management/record management is required
  • Responsible for controlling the network .dwg file repository structure
