We are looking for a Full Time Director of Services located in our Medicine Hat Office.

Here is how you will contribute as a Director of Services with McMan:

oExperience in performance and operations management, possess knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards.

oDemonstrate excellent organizational and leadership skills and contributes to the success of the organization by ensuring the organization’s programs and services remain responsive to the direction and the needs of the people and communities served.

oLiaison between the various stakeholders, including internal functions, funder relationships, community leaders and program participants.

oExpertise in areas of addictions & recovery, justice, youth, disabilities and adult services, and mental health.

Required Qualifications:

oCompletion of Related Bachelor or Graduate Degree.

oMinimum seven (7) years of direct experience.

• Demonstrated strategic leadership skills, with expertise in complex problem solving, and decision making.

oClear Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Check including vulnerable sector dated within the past six (6) months.

oValid Alberta Driver’s License, Driver’s Abstract and use of reliable vehicle with $2M Third Party Liability insurance.

oFirst Aid Certificate; Standard First Aid CPR Level C preferred, but not essential.
