We are currently looking for a hands-on, experienced professional with a proven track of creating innovative new product from concept to production. The team includes a cross section of professionals including mechanical engineering, industrial design, production management and electrical technologists.

The Director of Engineering plays a critical role in enabling RAB Design Lighting to provide a best-in-class customer experience with respect to delivering a carefully curated suite of quality products sourced and designed with our customers’ needs at the forefront.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) the Director of Engineering also plays a key role in providing vision and leadership to all RAB’s employees and in contributing to a culture that is customer obsessed, results and mission focused and that always values people.
