Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Campaign Manager, with a background in life sciences to join our Digital Transformation team. As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for our life science clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and align campaign strategies with their business goals
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva) to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and track campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, strategy, analytics and development, to create engaging campaign assets and experiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, extracting insights to optimize campaigns and improve results
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and insights to drive digital marketing success
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the life science industry
  • Generate regular reports and communicate campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure success and drive campaign optimization


Qualifications:


  • Familiarity with the life science industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or healthcare services
  • Ability to navigate and leverage these platforms to execute campaigns, manage customer data, and generate insights
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology (martech) tools and platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe, Veeva), marketing automation, and content management systems (such as Contentful)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and handle tight deadlines and changing prioritiesCertification in relevant marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe) is a plus.If you are a results-oriented digital marketer with a passion for the life sciences
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations, compliance, and privacy considerations (e.g., FDA regulations, HIPAA)
