Data Entry Specialist Jobs

Responsibilities For Data Entry Specialist

• Assist with other special administrative projects on an as needed basis
• Detecting and correcting errors
• Pass upsell and product information requests to renewals account managers
• Execute all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle to include data entry of quotes notifying customers of renewal, creating quotes, and closing renewals
• Creating a computer-generated production ticket or service work order form
• Formatting and producing documents
• Prioritizing incoming orders
• Working with numbers
• Using word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software on a computer

Requirements

• Professional approach to the work environment
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and capacity to maintain a high level of quality in work related tasks
• Distribution to the appropriate work area in accordance with standards and guidelines
• Editing and packing the order
• Supporting coworkers with all workflow needs, including assisting the Shipping Department with ship orders to ensure same day service
• Manages the incoming data input process including keying label information, location information, investigating and resolving exceptions, acknowledging orders with customers and closing the work order

Compensation

$28 per hour
