Minimum Requirements:

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program at an accredited post-secondary institution in one of the following areas: computer science, data science, data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer engineering, software engineering or a related technical field
• You must be returning to full-time studies after the work term

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to various projects as a technical team member in the development to sustainment cycle, from design, to build test and deploy; specializing in rapid deployment of data pipelines and business analytics solutions, including orchestration, automated testing and quality control, continuous integration/deployments, versioning and environment management
• Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and streamlined reporting, such as designing and updating various digital dashboards for multiple lines of business
• Use your understanding of analytical and data visualization techniques, quantitative problem solving and data science to assist in the development of digital analytics solutions that answer key business questions

Location and other Key Details:

• Locations for student role include Calgary, Edmonton and Fort McMurray (Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo). You will be asked to indicate your availability in your application
• This is a 4, 8, 12 or 16-month work term starting in September 2023
