Leading strategic enrolment management of the portfolio including the setting, tracking and achievement of enrolment targets

Liaises with business, technology, and support teams to ensure business requirements are met

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred

Experience with relational databases and SQL is preferred but not required

Experience with programming languages such as Python and C# is preferred but not required

Fulfills academic and administrative Service Requests logged in Cherwell either remotely or onsite.

Provides remote support using remote support tools such as Bomgar and Teams.

Adheres to standards of customer service, as defined by the Manager, IT Service Desk.

A minimum three (3) year Post-Secondary education in Computer Studies, Information Technology or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in technical support in a large-scale, multi-user networked environment.

Valid drivers' license and ability to drive Mohawk owned IT van to service remote campuses.

Identify appropriate tools to utilize regarding completions programs and projects

Experience using public cloud (GCP, AWS), Docker , Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD(Spinnaker, Argo CD etc)

Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform

Build, maintain and deploy tools that allow Okta’s engineers to execute infrastructure production changes and deploy code

Demonstrated superior analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills and knowledge of statistics and statistical models

Experience with data Reporting, visualization & automation (i.e. Power BI, Tableau, Macro, Python etc.)

Working towards a post-secondary degree in . Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office platforms (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio)

Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in articulating design decisions to others

Experience with Power BI is an asset
