Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in technical support in a large-scale, multi-user networked environment.

Valid drivers' license and ability to drive Mohawk owned IT van to service remote campuses.

Organizational and time management skills;

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with the scrum team members and cross-functional teams;

Experience with Observability data (logs, metrics, and traces)

Experience with automotive related data (e.g., warranty and diagnostics)

Experience with Big Data using Spark/Scala/Hadoop/Hive

Present complex information using data visualization techniques

Familiarity with learning management systems (i.e. Canvas).

Knowledge of user experience (UX) trends and developments as they relate to library reference and information service work.

Support new program/course development at all levels (continuing education, graduate certificate, diploma and degree) within liaison area.

Liaise with other areas of the college offering related services.

Working knowledge of library systems (i.e. Alma).

Sound knowledge of cataloging practices and principles.

Improve environment visibility and management in a repeatable and automatable way.

Manage multiple environments spanning a globally distributed infrastructure.

Working knowledge of database technologies ( Mysql, MongoDB, NoSql databases etc)

Experience using public cloud (GCP, AWS), Docker , Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD(Spinnaker, Argo CD etc)

Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform

Build, maintain and deploy tools that allow Okta’s engineers to execute infrastructure production changes and deploy code
