Job Description

Title: Data Analyst

Duration: 6 month contract to hire

Location: Hybrid - 3 times per month onsite in Guelph

Start: ASAP

Must-haves

  • 4+ years of recent and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Agile/Disciplined-Agile
  • SQL experience
  • Proficient ability to analyze complex, single-system business problems and identify multiple solution options with recommendations based on time, impact, and resources
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business processes, business/systems knowledge and comprehension of applications, procedures, and workflows

Plusses

  • Lean Green Belt Certification or related Lean experience
  • ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerPlatform
  • Financial services background

Day-to-Day

  • Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top financial services clients on a 6 month contract, with conversion to fulltime hire following contract completion. As the Data Analyst you will be a key member of the agile team to deliver enhancements and new innovative features to business partners. You will gather requirements, analyze the impacts to applications, define detailed stories, verify that all requirements have been delivered in quality solutions, and investigate and resolve complex workflows and procedural issues to ensure project deliverables are met.
