Responsibilities:

Process Evaluation:

⦁ Design and implement a repeatable process to evaluate the effectiveness of different statistical methods/processes.

⦁ Analyze and compare performance metrics between the two systems to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas of improvement.

⦁ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct experiments, and interpret results to support decision-making.


Data Validation:

⦁ Assess the quality and reliability of new data sources.

⦁ Develop data validation protocols and perform data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data collected.

⦁ Work closely with stakeholders to address data quality issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.


Ad-Hoc Support:

⦁ Assist client stakeholder team with ad-hoc questions related to the Data-Driven Logistics and Performance Systems.

⦁ Analyze data, generate reports, and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to help operators make informed decisions.

⦁ Build relationships with clients by understanding their stated, but more importantly, latent needs.

⦁ Work closely with offshore delivery managers to ensure a seamless communication and delivery.


Required Skills:

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

⦁ Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an operations or supply chain context.

⦁ Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar.

⦁ Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.

⦁ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

⦁ Excellent communication skills to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

⦁ Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

⦁ Hands-on experience with monitoring and BI tools such as Tableau, Arize.
