Job Description
Arrow Exterminators of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This position is paid at an hourly rate based upon experience.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A Customer Service Representative


As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for any of our internal or external customers. With incoming phone calls, you will act as a detective to determine any problem and find a solution to every issue. Whether you assist in scheduling a service, taking a payment, or updating customer files, you put the minds of our customers at ease. Additionally, you will work diligently to connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are fully scheduled and accounts are paid. We work in a team atmosphere that strives to meet the service center's goals each month. Your computer skills, problem solving, and commitment to create an awesome experience in every interaction will ensure your success.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Present a professional appearance
  • Willing to work minimal overtime as needed
  • Compliance with Drug-free Workplace Policy
  • Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a pre-employment background check upon offer of employment

Landscape Technician / Ottawa Parks
Position Summary
Assist in maintaining the landscapes of our clients. This is a summer position.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
  • Basic small gas tool maintenance of replacement of air filters, blades, cleaning carburettors.
  • Basic maintenance and repair of mowing equipment and attachments.
  • Basic landscape maintenance such as operation and maintenance of ride-on mowers and tractor mower equipment, line trimming and pruning and cutting when required.
  • Litter control in designated areas.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education And Experience
  • Minimum 1-year related experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Valid G Driver's license preferred, but not required (or ability to obtain by October 2023) to be eligible for winter contract
  • Good driving record are required to drive a company vehicle.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Work Conditions/Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
  • Working adjacent to high traffic volume highways
  • Required to be available for emergency response rotations as needed for overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Capable of working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
