IOverall Objective

Primary responsibility to provide customer service to our existing customer base and

assist in the development of new customers. S/he should be able to prepare estimates for our label and flexible package customers according to the different margin and cost guidelines always trying to maximize Lintec’s profitability while providing an excellent customer experience.

IIExperience Required

• Experience with Microsoft suite of products
• Knowledge of ERP system LabelTrax software (preferred) or similar (e.g. Radius, etc.)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a print environment
• Proper knowledge if different printing technologies (e.g., litho, flexo, digital, gavure, etc.)
• Project management experience (is a plus)
• Must be detailed oriented, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, time management, ability to work unsupervised,
• Preferred understanding of pressure sensitive labels, tag products and flexible packaging products and the different materials employed in their manufacture.
• Technical aptitude, with knowledge of imperial and metric measurements.

IIIEducation

Graphic design (ideal but not required)

High school completion.

IVDuties and Responsibilities

• Any other as required.
• Strive to provide an expeditious customer service for any requests on quotes and any other information that the customer might require.
• Providing estimates, customer service problem resolution, ensure all necessary information is available for pre-production and graphics, awareness of production and finishing schedules, follow up of time sensitive shipments, and sales support.
• Monitor the inventory levels of the different SKU’s that Lintec maintains in house
• Provide customers with confirmation on shipping dates and any other status of their different orders
• Initiate RGA procedure

VHours of Work :

Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm
