Customer Service Representative (Contract)

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists.

Responsibilities:

Assisting customers (in person, or via phone and email)

Receiving and processing orders from customers and sales representatives

Generating and confirming all shipments

Handling any inquiries regarding customer information or discrepancies

Processing returns

Must be able to multitask on job requirements when needed.

Able to work independently.

Working closely with the warehouse team for picking & shipping orders.

Ensure that all information for deliveries are accurate for deliveries to go smoothly

Follow-up with third-party logistics providers with respect to delays in order deliveries and any other delivery issues with orders.

Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.

Perform other related assignments and duties as required.

Education & Training:

College/University Degree

Business experience:

Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Proven multi-tasking organizational skills are a must

Strong attention to detail, accuracy with tasks and ability to meet deadlines

Strong computer skills including ERP

Behavioural:
