Customer Service Representative - $45K+/Yr

Botsford Associates is looking for a 100% REMOTE FT Customer Service Representative (CSR) that can help support one of our recruiting divisions within the Vendor Management Systems (VMS) space. This resource would be responsible for sourcing resumes for our banking clients. The CSR will reach out to candidates and ensure they are a potential fit for the job requirement and administer Botsfords internal reporting needs. The successful CSR will have the opportunity to work within the Capital Markets sector and effectively bridge the gap between Botsford and the VMS program, and help to drive processes and end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/LinkedIn etc.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Conduct preliminary phone calls using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
