POSITION SUMMARY:


We are seeking a CRM Business Lead: someone who is both creative and analytical to join our team to help us with the strategy, design, development, support and training of Trojan Technologies’ CRM. Someone who is inspired when presented with a challenge, and confident in sharing their ideas and opinions.


As our CRM Business Lead, you will work closely with business stakeholders to map and optimize cross-functional processes, while serving as a key liaison between functional and technical resources driving Governance and Standard Work across the CRM Domain. It will be key to translating the business requirements and business processes into functional design specifications for the counterparts in IT.

  • Ability to quickly develop excellent working relationships with stakeholders and business professionals at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a questioning & creative approach to problem-solving
  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong ethics and integrity along with the desire to exceed every expectation.
  • Excellent organization, project, and time management skills


It’s an asset if you also have these skills:


  • CRM Certifications
  • Project leadership experience – preferably working as a scrum master or product owner in an “agile” environment.
  • Experience working with Customer Service / Contact Center, Sales and Marketing functions
