Our Startup Incubator located in Pickering, Ontario, is seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer with a flair for crafting captivating digital assets and bringing startup visions to life. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance our startup incubator's visual brand identity and design guidelines.
• Create engaging and user-friendly UI/UX designs for startup products and applications that blend aesthetics with functionality.
• Design and develop simple, eye-catching landing pages to communicate the startup's value proposition and drive user engagement.
• Collaborate with our portfolio startups to develop their visual identities, including logos, pitch decks, branding materials, and other digital assets.
• Translate complex concepts and ideas into visually appealing and easily understandable designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring innovative and fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and experience creating user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience in working with startups or a startup mindset is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital design, branding, and UI/UX.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
