Job Type:Hybrid Full time (remote with a large possibility to work from an office).
Hours:40 hrs. per week starting at 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. (MST).
Wage:Based on experience.
Benefits $1,000 health spending allowance.
Vacation 10 business days/year.
Sick days 3 days/year.
Schedule:Monday-Friday.
Reports To:As per the agreement.
Timeframe:On going.
Start Date: As soon as an ideal candidate is found.
& Responsibilities
A Continuing Education (CE) Assistant helps to ensure that we are following legal, ethical, and mental health regulatory board requirements that govern our industry.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Primary Function
1.Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the continuing education department.
2.Work with internal and external clients to obtain continuing education credit/approval for various
workshops.
3.Maintain files related to programs in a confidential manner.
4.Type correspondence and prepare spreadsheets.
5.Assist to prepare, write, and submit applications to new regulatory boards.
6.Assist to prepare yearly compliance reports and submit them on time.
7.Establish and maintain appropriate electronic filing systems to maintain CE workshop records and
files for both sponsored and co-sponsored events.
8.Process and manage post-event follow-ups and reports.
9.Host Zoom workshops, support attendees and instructors during live presentations via Zoom,
monitor the chat box, and ask questions that have been typed in the chat box to the instructors
during the live Q & A periods.
10. Attend departmental staff meetings and professional development training as needed.
11. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience Required
1.Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, commerce, or psychology)
2.Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative assistant role, compliance, or data entry.
3.Experience in the educational field is highly desirable.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5.Exceptional attention to detail.
6.Strong organizational skills.
7.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Drive, Zoom, and Adobe).
8.Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets.
