Your new role

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, team orientated individual for the full-time role of Compensation Analyst. The Compensation Analyst will provide insight through their expertise in the research, design, implementation, and administration of corporate compensation programs. This position will be responsible for advising management on key compensation issues, as well as trends and practices that align with the company’s strategic objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will understand compensation, total rewards, and human resources and use their knowledge to reinforce the design, education, and facilitation of compensation programs that support the constantly changing needs of our business.

  • Strong knowledge in Excel and an understanding of database reporting would be an asset.
  • Expertise with compensation functional areas of human resources information systems, specifically Workday, would be an asset.
  • Experience in a compensation analyst or HR generalist position with a solid understanding of compensation process and practices.
  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources and/or Compensation, or directly related experience.
