Job Description

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for passionate individuals to join our team as Client Support Coordinators. As a Client Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our clients. This entry-level position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere in Canada while making a positive impact on our clients' experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, or live chat
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of client support strategies and initiatives to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services, ensuring the ability to provide in-depth information and support to clients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience, including Sales, Technical Support, and Account Management
  • Actively listen to clients' needs, concerns, and inquiries, and provide accurate and timely resolutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
  • Update and maintain client records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for future reference

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively address client issues and find appropriate solutions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
