As a Client Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and support for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct follow-up calls or surveys to gather client feedback and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to effectively address client issues and find appropriate solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with clients
