Job Description

Explore the Calgary Studio and join us!How you'll make a difference:


  • Monitor travel and events calendar and communicate updates to the studio
  • Ship and receive courier packages, including coordinating and tracking secure packages
  • Manage the general phone line and redirect calls and general inquiries in a timely manner
  • Act as experience ambassador for clients and DIALOGers visiting the studio
  • Support facility management functions including work order coordination and database management, security badge and access assignments, and daily office operations and upkeep
  • Provide general administrative and accounts payable support as required 
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining stationery, office and kitchen supplies 
  • Coordinate Lunch n Learns and manage catering for meetings and in-studio events 
  • Maintain and take pride in the appearance, set-up, and organization of meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen
  • Manage and maintain studio seating plans and hotel desk usage
  • Work alongside the People & Culture, Safety, and Information Technology teams to provide a seamless onboarding experience for new DIALOGers
Who you are:


  • Calm and experienced in solving problems in high-pressure situations
  • Self-motivated with effective management of competing priorities 
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional and professional client services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
  • Versatile, able to multi-task and demonstrate strong attention to detail 
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment would be an asset 
  • 3+ years of experience within a client services, receptionist or similar role 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are critical
