Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
·Responsible for the accurate preparation of monthly financial statements for a portfolio of Condominium Boards.
·Reconcile and maintain a full understanding of all balance sheet and income statement accounts and research any discrepancies.
·Review and assist with annual budgets and audits.
·Assist with more complex issues such as loans, special levies and investment accounts.
·Provide financial support to Condo Managers and Boards.[Be specific when describing each of the responsibilities. Use gender-neutral, inclusive language.]
Qualifications
Experience:
·Accounting degree or certification in accounting is required.
·Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience.
·Previous Condo management or property management experience would be a definite asset.
·Effective and professional communication.
·Ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with team members and clients.
·Excellent time management, prioritize work, detailed oriented and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
·A police clearance is required for employment.
