Randstad Staffing is currently looking for a Claims Processor who can join a well-reputable company in the insurance industry as soon as possible for a PERMANENT position!

Responsibilities
As the Claims Processor you will be responsible for:
  • Make accurate payment decisions according to adjudication guidelines
  • Maintaining data on various reports
  • Conduct telephone calls to health and dental service providers for incomplete claims information
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Processing/administrating confidential data
  • Review, investigate and adjudicate Canadian Health and Dental claims in accordance with Group policy contracts
  • Reviewing documents and ensuring proper processes are followed
  • Processing and entering data related to the Claims Processor role
Qualifications
  • Experience (1-2 years) with data entry or data processing large volumes of information
  • High attention to detail, organized and demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve deadlines
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficency using MS Office products
  • Must successfully complete standard assessments with high key strokes and accuracy to be considered
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and government's enhanced screening process
