Minimum 3-5 years of management/leadership experience with direct reports.

Pay rate: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience plus Benefits + Gas allowance

Monitor area management performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Manage the completion and filing of company reports, such as accident, incident, and damage reports.

Strong delegation skills with the ability to motivate and resolve employee issues.

Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life.

1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Learner Mindset: Is curious, open to feedback, and pursues learning and progressing new skills to continually grow and develop

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional Community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.

Demonstrated time management and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines.

Represent clients at bail hearings, guilty pleas and remands both in-person and remotely.

Conduct preliminary inquiries, pre-trials, case conferences, trials, reviews & appeals.

Negotiate competent resolutions of files to achieve fair, early and lasting outcomes for clients.

Work independently on cases as assigned by the Legal Director.

Complete and accurate time entry and record keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities for self and others in the hotel.

Minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience, or 3-4 years of Sales or Rooms Division Manager experience.

Diploma or Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management would be an asset.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.
