Your Role at Embassy:

• Promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
• Evaluating performance by creating, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Collaborating with the President in setting and driving Embassy strategy and operational goals
• Working with the President to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team to achieve our ambitious goals
• Day-to-day operational leadership and support to Operations, Quality and Information Technology
• Driving the strategic planning and execution that will keep Embassy at the cutting edge of the food manufacturing industry
• Maintaining a positive and ethical work environment that is structured to attract, retain and motivate a diverse group of top performers
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and challenging the status quo
• Fostering engagement through daily huddles, 1:1s and development opportunities for all team members

What you will need to bring to Embassy to be successful:

• Strong understanding of the food tech landscape and emerging trends
• Strong understanding of the food tech landscape and emerging trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter who can thrive in a fast moving privately-held, fast growth environment
• Results- oriented with track record of growing a business in the $50mm-$500mm range
• Proven leadership skills while effectively collaborate with the other team members on the executive committee, with strong communication skills
• Outstanding financial skills, diligence, strategic, and planning capabilities
• 7+ years of executive leadership role
• Experience working within a North American scope, ideally global
