Role Description

This is a full-time Chief Compliance Officer role that requires an on-site presence in Markham, ON. The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's compliance program according to Ontario Security Commision, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures, monitoring and auditing activities, and conducting regular training sessions. The Chief Compliance Officer will also serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and participate in the development of new products and services.

Qualifications

• Finance skills and understanding of financial regulations
• Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance skills
• Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
