Title :BI Developer

Location :100% remote in Quebec with occasional travel on Thursdays to the client's office in Montreal.

Mandate duration:12 months

Job description:Context:Looking for 2 multidisciplinary Microsoft BI developers for our BI Operations team.Must be versatile on the Back-End and Front-End, in order to meet the growing needs of development over the years to come.

• We are in the midst of a digital transformation and are taking the time to modernize our BI solutions to the cloud.
• We are in the process of converting to Cloud technologies.

Main tasks :

• Receive organization-wide training on BI tools.
• Respond to operational emergencies;
• Ensure compliance with the standards established by all project teams;
• Deliver important and large-scale projects;
• Develop BI best practices within the organization;
• Respond to the evolution needs of all existing solutions;

Key points/Highlights:

4 or more BI development experience: SQL, ETL, SSIS, Azure Synapse

Back-End Developer for 70% of his time.

Front-End Developer for the creation or evolution of reports on the Power BI solution up to 30% of his time.

Implementation of good development practices

Asset:

Knowledge of administration of the Power BI platform
