Role And Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Intelligence Director, the Business Intelligence Analyst primarily supports the portfolio, marketing & sales teams. The Business Intelligence Analyst will manage the end-to-end analytic infrastructure, responsible for data integrity, market reporting, KPIs, creation of value added tools, training and analytical support.

Reporting - Partner with Sales and Marketing at the National and Regional level to optimize and maintain reporting dashboards to measure the health of the business on a monthly basis

Data Integrity - Manage regional databases by ensuring items are correctly coded ensure database integrity

Analytic Infrastructure Partner – Working cross functionally with all teams to ensure that reports & databases are built to match how they manage the business

Training Support – Responsible for building & delivering a robust training infrastructure focused on different data sources & tools

Analytics - Proactively identify and analyze business opportunities and challenges- leveraging multiple data sources to make strategic or tactical recommendations on an ad-hoc basis

• Utilize retailer POS data to compile & interpret in-depth customer analysis and provide recommendations on 4P's to maximize opportunities (including, but not limited to; stores selling, DC & store level inventory, pre/post promo analysis, display mix, sell through, pricing, etc.)

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience with relevant analytical tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Retail Link or JDA would be considered an asset
• WSET diploma is an asset.
• Analytical skills with the ability to manipulate, summarize and interpret large amounts of data using advanced Excel skills
• University Degree in a Business-related discipline
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
• Independent worker, reliable, resourceful, motivated and a fast learner
• Strong professional verbal, written and overall communication skills Ability to effectively summarize and present information
• Strong proficiency with MS Office skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
• Able to manage priorities and multi-task
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business / Sales Analyst within CPG / Alcohol Beverage Industry
