Business Analyst (With Technical Writing Experience)

Position Description

• Identifies opportunities to strengthen business analysis capability
• Facilitating training sessions.
• Provides analytical support and insights
• Document and update current Standard Operating Procedures, Job Aids and Process Maps
• Facilitates discussions and follows a structured approach to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage requirements with stakeholders
• Documentation duties related to projects and initiatives as assigned by BMO resources
• Develop and Implement Documentation Standards and Procedures Including Templates, Macros, Style Guidelines, Version Control, Change Management Procedures and Acceptance Review Framework
• Creating workback plan
• Document Project Artifacts As per Enterprise Guidelines
• Including walkthroughs and obtaining signoff.
