Job Description

BI System Administrator with Cognos, Tableau & Matillion ETL

Remote Work within Canada

Duration: 1 year with extension

Hours: 40 hours/week


:

  • Knowledge of analytics and data integration technologies like Informatica, Matillion, Cognos, and Tableau Experience working with Windows, Linux servers, and familiarity with security features like SSO, SAML, and LDAP.
  • Experience applying hotfixes to Informatica servers.
  • Must have experience with ETL installation such as Informatica PowerCenter and IDQ.
  • Experience in upgrading and patching to keep systems up to date.
  • Administer all requests, analyze issues, and provide efficient resolutions.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in administering a large BI product platform such as IBM Cognos, Tableau.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data architecture, data quality, data governance, and data integration implementation.
  • Experience in system recovery in the event of system failures.
  • Coordinate with the application team and develop all ETL processes.
  • Install and manage ETL platforms like Informatica, Matillion, and Alteryx.
  • Develop technical documentation for installation and configuration.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams and on-site engineers & Architects to resolve technical dependencies, issues and risks.
