The Opportunity

We are looking for Mid-Senior Software Engineers to join our Global Consulting Practice. First Derivative work shoulder to shoulder with Tier 1 investment banks, including Morgan Stanley, UBS, Citigroup, JP Morgan and Credit Suisse to name a few.

Successful candidates will have the chance to partner with our clients, while working on cutting-edge technology on a variety of projects across Front Office, Regulatory Reporting, Trade Reconciliation, Data/ Cloud Migration and more!

We seek technologists who have a hunger to dig deep and get involved in providing first-class solutions to real-world problems.

Python QA Engineer:

Must Haves

• Experience with J-unit or TestNG, Selenium web driver.
• Proven experience in the creation test automation frameworks using various - tools (e.g., Selenium UFT, BDD, API), -scripting languages, Bamboo, Jenkins.
• Experience working in an Agile environment employing tools.
• Experience with financial systems and products like Broadridge and Equities, Listed Options, etc.
• Experience with Behaviour Driven Development (BDD), Cucumber.
• 5-7 years of Python, Cypress / Selenium for UI testing.
• Demonstrated success with Test Automation development and Manual Testing
• Experience with Capital Market Transaction Life Cycle
