Position: Business Analyst

Reports to: CFO

SCOPE OF POSITION

• To deeply understand the accounting functions for the company and its subsidiaries
• Responsible for preparation of financial statements, financial analysis and monthly cash flow outlook
• Analyze corporate business processes and recommend appropriate supporting technologies.
• Provide integrity to the accounting and management information reports.
• Coordinate asset management process

CORE JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational requirements:

• Post Secondary: Business Degree with a major in accounting
• Professional accreditation/certification is an asset, but not required.

Related experience requirements:

• Knowledge of the following software’s is an asset but not required:
• Experience in managing business process, such as month end.
• MS Great Plains, ADP Workforce Now, Aimsio, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Power BI
• 2+ years of experience in producing month end statements
• In depth working knowledge of MS Excel
