New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to help our client deliver on all core BA services, Project Management and Change Management. This position will identify tasks, negotiate and accept responsibilities and coordinate and provide direction to I&T support teams, co-workers and clients on a variety of technical activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage change across different stakeholder groups
• General knowledge of Cloud Computing
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• A quick learner, a self-starter, great at relationship building, being able to influence and gain agreement on a project approach
• Demonstrated ability to be customer focused and service oriented
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Industry experience in BA lead roles
• General knowledge of how to gather and translate business and non-functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite and Visio
